A Burger Story

When we set out on a mission to create a one of a kind burger we knew that the ingredients had to be the stars. Many burgers forget about the ingredient that makes or breaks them - The Bun. Our burgers have Brioche buns, baked fresh daily from the famous Balthazar Bakery. We lightly toast the bun and spread our delicious Evo Sauce on it to bring in mayo, organic ketchup, cayenne pepper, and garlic flavors.

While most burgers focus on the amount of meat, we focus purely on quality. For our classic beef burger, we only use lean, grass fed beef. We top our grass fed burger with crisp organic produce including mesclun mix, red onion, tomato and a pickle.
